Husbands join their wives for a showing of the film.
Contrary to instructions, many women brought their husbands to a showing of Magdalena in a local church. By the end of the film, which depicts Jesus’ compassion toward women, tears streamed down the faces of both men and women. Liseth Palavicci (left, on left), with Campus Crusade for Christ in Venezuela, said many couples experienced marriage reconciliation as a result of God working in their lives after they watched Magdalena.
